Elizabeth Stevens

Ms. Stevens (she/her) is the assigned professional academic adviser for all first-year Muriel A. Howard Honors students. She first meets incoming freshmen over the summer for academic advisement and then registers them for fall classes. During the academic year and summer, she advises students academically for classes and is available for guidance with academic issues and any obstacles that may hinder student success. Ms. Stevens has worked at Buffalo State for 23 years and was awarded the President’s Medal for Excellence in Academic Advisement in 2022.
