Carol serves as the Faculty Assistant Director of the Muriel A. Howard Honors Program and is faculty in the Theater Dept. and Television/Film Arts Program. She is a SUNY OER Champion, a Buffalo State OER (open educational resources) Fellow, an OPENSUNY Fact2 Representative for adaptive learning and a SUNY COTE (Center for Online Teaching Excellence) Fellow focusing on equal access to education for all students. She hosts globally attended webinars focusing on creative commons licensing, online pedagogy, and open education. Carol has designed scenery for over 150 theater and dance productions in venues from Toronto to Seattle and has been the art director for network television programming on PBS, Showtime, and Fox. Her photography includes both artistic and commercial applications.
